Saiyok Elephant Park Reviews & Ratings
The elephants are beautiful, majestic and very friendly. Be advised that there is some down hill walking that has to be done to get to them if you are bathing them. Some of the care takers are sensitive to their elephant's needs, however some are not. All in all its a stunning view that is simply worth the sight and experience.
Reminded us of the Guggenheim. A great cultural area witha peaceful atmosphere. A great break from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok
Love this place. Recommended to visit. - Staffs are very nice, and willing to help you taking stunning shots - Elephants are super cute - The cost is not expensive compared with other camps (for me only elephant bathing)
Looks like a commercialized place. We arrived early in the morning. All elephants stood in the paddock, looked very nervously. To call them "happy" was difficult.
Not a huge sanctuary kind of place but have quite a few elephants. Caretakers are nice and humble and look after these animals well. Though elephants are kept in a stable kind of structure, they are let out loose from time to time to eat, bath and take a stroll down the river. This place also has some housing options of you prefer to wake up with elephant sounds while in Thailand. If you have not opted for any tours or package then the food for elephants costs 100 baht per bucket. Elephants are also trained here as they said thank you to us too.
