As of July, this location is very hard to access. There is lots of construction going on around Union Station. It's somewhat difficult to access from Union Station as well. The service was great, however the food is as you can expect from any typical chain restaurant. The local signature burger was interesting, as it was topped with fried ravioli. A decent place to grab a quick bite.
I had the bbq sandwich meal and it was delicious! Our waiter was very nice and attentive. It's located conveniently in the courtyard of the Union Station Hotel, so it was very nice to be able to walk from our room and not worry about traffic.
Going out of business...no staff, no upkeep, food was okay. Hot day. Wanted water as we looked over the menu. Water came with our food. Lots of staff looking from the kitchen and drink area, but no one helping our poor server. She had to do it all. She did the best she could. It was not her but the management that has run this location down. It was close to our hotel so it worked, but should have Ubered a little further for a great meal at the same price.
Everyone there was bending over backwards to be give great service. So sad their closing. Always a treat to go to the Hard Rock.
Burgers taste like lighter fluid. Creepy vibes all around making you realize this place had it's heyday in the 90's, yet survived all this time by becoming a tourist trap and being propped up by what I assume to be a large corporate conglomerate. So, it's essentially a zombie. Fun times though, my dad was drunk af, music took me back and the chef kept going to the restroom only to shuffle about the interior while jeering at customers about 4 times before finally chilling at one of tables in the corner for some extensive staring contest training. Didn't get food poisoning though, so the overall experience was above subpar, and definitely memorable. Thanks for the memories even though they weren't so great.
