  • So stopped by here later in the evening. We had to wait for about 5 to 10 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was very friendly and nice, but the poor girl was running her tail off. The place was starting to fill up and she was the only waitress taking orders. The food was ok, and would have been better had it been able to come out quicker.

  • Credit card machine was done and the owner wouldn't allow the staff to post signs on the doors informing customers the credit card machine was down. A black guy was highly upset about this and told the cashier that everyone should have been informed about this immediately. The cashier said that she didn't know until she tried to process his payment and she asked him to write down his credit card information so they could process the payment at a later. I explained to her on behalf of everyone after listening that No customer will be comfortable leaving their credit card information with a perfect stranger , the POS system their using is Micros which is super old and very outdated and needs to be replaced immediately.

  • Always good food...only problem is that the servers were complaining of not having a lot of customers other than their regulars. IMO, it's not good business for customers to hear servers complain of not getting enough tip $$. Made me feel guilty for not tipping even though I was just getting a to go order.

  • WELL it was AWESOME. Our server Ray was great. The atmosphere was wonderful.

  • We were seated quickly, the restaurant was clean, temperature was comfortable and our waitress, Danielle, was polite and courteous. She took our order and our food was brought out quickly, hot and correct to every detail. Need more Danielle's working in the service industry. Way to go I-Hop!
