  • Casino is really big and lots of games to enjoy. We went as a group of 4 and we really had fun before new years. I didn't realize it was a smoking casino so I had to stick around with the group and breathe through my sweater... I feel like splitting the enormous space ino smoking and non-smoking parts would be more pleasing to some, and increase satisfaction.

  • If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Tried walking in but couldn't even get past the ID check at the front without being stopped for HALF AN HOUR. I get it it's your job to make sure someone is of age but the least you could do is not waste half an hour to check a damn ID and certainly not make blatantly racist remarks asking if I speak English when I've been talking to the other staff members the whole time as I wait. Can you believe they had to call in about 8 other people just so they could verify one single ID? Even had the nerve to ask for my credit card and hold it up to the light to check if a damn credit card of all things was real or not. Showed them my university ID, an old driver's permit, even my social security. And guess what? After that half hour of waiting just for that they finally said I could go in which I refused and simply left. No apology for that wasted time or for the treatment they gave me. Who would be in the mood to play some slots and enjoy some drinks at a place so unwelcoming? No thank you. Better off going to another casino.

  • Oh my! They changed so much! It does look nice! I wish they still had the lounge in there though. They are working on a new one so it may get better

  • The hotel has had an update recently, new furniture and carpeting in rooms also bathroom remodel, but still needs improvement. The room that I was in was nice but the heating unit sounded like a P-51 mustang engine when it was running. The fitness center is okay, better than most. The casino part is another story, and not good.... The casino is unbelievably smoky, I used to smoke and understand, but you can literally cut it with a knife. If your a non smoker you will not enjoy the experience. If you smoke no need to bring any, you'll inhale a pack of second hand smoke in a half hour easily.

  • Cannot win there. I've cashed 2 winning ticket in the last 3 years. Try other casinos I'm sure you'll have better luck. Video poker is like playing with 39 cards. 4 of a kind happens once a day. 1/2 star
