A staff member joined a race with just my family. Cut me off and blamed the pileup on me. I was kicked out of the rest of the race and I lost my money. Terrible management. Rude staff. Would not recommend. Will never go again. Horrible experience...
Had a great time here. Fun for kids and adults. The prices are a bit high, but the carts are fast and electric, so no fumes. I would highly recommend this place. Went here for a birthday party and loved it.
When I called they I asked if it was better to make a reservation or just walk in. They said reservation. When I arrived it turns out some people didn't want to race but they said I signed an agreement for 10 racers and I only had 9 so they charged more to my account and they were rude about it.
My family had a great time racing around the track. I was a little nervous so I didn't go too fast. My husband though was all over it. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great time.
We had a great experience. We had a large group with children ranging from 17 down to 6. Surprisingly it worked out well. More activities for the 6 and under siblings would be a plus.
