Over a 30 min wait we had to come back into the restaurant to check on our table they had been ready. I sit down after using the facilities and was given two minutes to look at a min which wasn't enough I asked for a salad and was told they don't serve salads on Sunday. First time and last time here. I understand if you are in the weeds but not excuse for poor service. The waiter was a smart ass and left our debit card just laying out on a counter.
I'm sure anything I say can be found among other reviews, but I'm going to leave one anyway. This place is awesome in that they have good coffee, along with some good locally sourced food served in plentiful portions. Coffee served is roasted elsewhere, as they don't roast on-site (I'm pretty sure). The ONLY downside to this place is they get ridiculously busy on the weekend, and seating can be non-existent. The Mud Slinger is great, especially with some bacon added. The only item I've tried that wasn't good was the biscuits and gravy. Not sure what it was, but the gravy left something to be desired. Bottom line: Good coffee, good/plentiful food, just avoid late morning/early afternoon on the weekend if you're looking to sit.
Great little spot for anyone to go! I just stopped in to meet someone there - and decided to stay and enjoy a salad and sandwich for lunch. Artistic, historic look with a young and vibrant feel to the food and service. Check it out!

Interesting people, helpful and witty staff. The food is fantastic (try the mud slinger) and the lattes are even better. One of my favorites in the whole world.
