Located in the Moskovsky district of Saint Petersburg, this park was named as such in order to commemorate the victory of the Allies in the Second World War. An interesting piece of trivia states that the park is built on the site of an old brick factory during the times of the War.

After the war ended, the brick factory was hard to even look at for the survivors. Hence, the government brought the factory down and laid the beautiful park in its place as a symbol of peace for times to come. Some of the facilities of the park include an ice skating rink, mini golf facilities, tennis facilities, a small amusement park, a playground, rental boats for the pond and restaurants and cafés.
