Provincial Art Gallery - Review
A treat for art enthusiasts, the Provincial Art Gallery showcases a fine collection of masterpieces and carved altars dating from the 1400s to 1900s and representing both the renaissance and contemporary period. Artists like Giovanni Battista Caracciolo, Andrea De Lioni, Carlo Rosa and Francesco Guarino are represented here and some of their finest works are on display. There are also a number of paintings glorifying Salerno city.
The art gallery is housed in a building that dates back to the 16th century.

Provincial Art Gallery, Salerno Reviews
Small and high quality. Very good way of spending half an hour or so. My favourite picture is almost Escherish.
The exhibition was like a combination of two different subjects
Very small but good museum. Admission was free. We found there excellent exhibition dedicated to the World War I. Visitors are allowed to take non commercial photo without flash light and tripod.
