We love Momentum Millcreek! My husband, kids and I spend 2-3 evenings per week at the gym. It's a great way to unwind, exercise and spend quality family time. The staff are friendly and helpful and the facility is clean. Keep up the great work!
I love this gym! I've been going here for years and it's always fun. It can get kind of busy but it hasn't really ever been an issue. Great staff and community, definitely recommend this place whether you're experienced or a beginner.
I really like this place. The crowd is nice, the place is kept pretty clean, and the staff are usually very friendly and helpful. I've been working out and climbing here for about 6 months now and love it. Recommendations: 1. Yoga is offered at 8AM on Saturday and lasts for an hour. Since the rest of the facilities do not open until 10AM, you have to wait an hour in between Yoga and climbing if you want to do both. Perhaps offer a 9AM Yoga option as well? 2. I know space is limited, but perhaps offer a few more dumbbell options upstairs (e.g. 22.5lb, not just 20lb and 25 lb).
This is a great climbing gym with well thought-out climbing routes. The climbing routes have posted expiration dates, which is helpful if you have a route you are wanting to conquer. They have plenty of routes for every skill level. Belay certification and/or training is free, even for day passes. The facility is very clean. The fees are reasonable (less expensive than The Front.) There are lots children that use the gym (wild ones are likely mine, sorry.) I find it motivating when I am out-climbed by a 5 year old (makes me want to lay off the brownies and workout more.) If you have a problem being around lots of children, go 7:30pm or later when they are tucked in bed.
Top-notch facilities! I have been to Millcreek, Sandy, and the new locations in Houston, TX and they're all amazing. The setting is always second-to-none. Momentum is the ideal spot for a regular routine or adding stops to your road trip for a workout, shower, and wifi. Thanks for being the sweetest, Momentum staff!
