About Pallet, Salt Lake City
A pallet , sometimes inaccurately called a skid (a skid has no bottom deck boards), is a flat transport structure that supports goods in a stable fashion while being lifted by a forklift, pallet jack, front loader, work saver, or other jacking device, or a crane. A pallet is the structural foundation of a unit load which allows handling and storage efficiencies. Goods or shipping containers are often placed on a pallet secured with strapping, stretch wrap or shrink wrap and shipped. Since its invention in the twentieth century, its use has dramatically supplanted older forms of crating like the wooden box and the wooden barrel, as it works well with modern packaging like corrugated boxes and Intermodal containers commonly used for bulk shipping. While most pallets are wooden, pallets can also be made of plastic, metal, paper, and recycled materials. Each material has advantages and disadvantages relative to the others.Wikipedia

Wonderful, delicious food and excellent service. Everything top notch! Appetizer, "full board" WOW! Scallops with black lentils were amazing, wild boar delicious and they were able to accommodate my daughter's food allergies. She ordered the lamb... superb! Thanks to Esther, the Master chef and all wait staff for making this a night to remember!!!
Amazing food and great atmosphere!! Small place so make sure you make a reservation! We were lucky enough to get a table and were so delighted when it ended up being so delicious! Would definitely go back!
This was the second time we dined here. A great atmosphere, good scale (not too big or small), truly wonderful food with a great selection ranging from a light meal (charcuterie, cheese board) to a heavier meal (meats, fish) with perfect portions. Great cocktails to pair and the waiter was always very considerate and knowledgeable. We will be back for more!
This review is by Dennis Tallon. My wife and I visited our daughter Caryn and son-in-law Adam from Denver, Co.We had an outstanding dinner at your fine establishment last night (9/9/17). Esther welcomed us and took care of us all night. We dined on boar, lamb ribs and scallops. Every meal was delicious and nicely presented. Salad and side dishes were also yummy. The staff was positive, courteous and friendly. I/we highly recommend Pallet and when we come back to visit our family we will be returning for another wonderful experience. Thank you Esther. Dennis & Donna Tallon, Denver Colorado.
Had a great dinner here the other night! My wife had the lamb ribs, I the Branzino. Both dishes were excellent. Cheese plate was delicious as well! My wife tried one of their signature cocktails, the Wray Gun, which was delicious. I had a nice Belgian Trappist ale from the eclectic beer list. The server made great wine recommendations for each of our dishes as well.
