Wilderness Cove Tubing Reviews & Ratings
My wife and a group of friends had a great time floating down the river. It’s a ton of fun going down the small rapids. We took the 2.5 hour trip and thought it was a perfect length. A bus will pick you up and take you back to your car when you’re done. Totally worth the $10 to rent the tube, get a ride back and have the office keep your keys secure.
Had a great time on the short trip (2-2.5hrs) even though the river was packed (it was Saturday). Well run operation with the only exception of the ride back standing in the back of a school bus which was a little rough. Spoke with the owner who actively listened to my concern and acknowledged the need for a hand rail or strap when standing in the back of the bus for stability. I would also suggest bringing a wet bag and water shoes because flip flops can easily get washed away. All in all my group of 4 had a great time, employees were fast and efficient.
Great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The river was perfect for tubing. My kids (11and 5) had a great time. They have 3 length trips 1 hr, 3 hrs and 4 hrs. We did the 3 hr option ($15/person). At the end of the trip, there were 2 busses at the take out. Didn't have to wait at all. My only complaint was the parking. They had me pull in and then had someone double park behind me. When we got back we had to get creative to get out. No big deal. Just be careful where you park. Again, overall a great experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing afternoon.
Great staff. Very informative. Very welcoming. Great place to enjoy the weekend. First time going tubing and the Rapids made it interesting. Went through a couple of fast rapid with hard currents, couple of spots where you have to be very cautious, but you do sign a waiver. Will definitely be back.
Exciting and worth camping and tubing. Would recommend using straps to tie tubes together. And water shoes are a great idea. Don't forget the sunblock. Have fun.
