Opened in July 1934 in the 17th century Baroque Castle palace Mirabell, this upscale casino was only the second one to open in the country. The palace was designed by master Baroque architect Johann Bernhard Fischer von Erlach. The range of games are typical - Blackjack, Slots, various forms of Poker, Baccarat, and Wheels of Fortune - but the opulent atmosphere here is as much an attraction as the games are.
