The rooms are large and comfortable, a little noisy. Staff is the best. Breakfast can improve. The worst is laundry service. At breakfast rice is so cooked, the worst pancakes and waffles that I ever tasted. The lentils and freshly made omelettes are good. The laundry service is awful, they lost one of my shorts, and I specified fold clothes and they send me hang. The best thing is the staff and people of the hotel, so good, kind and helpful. I stay for 9 nights. Parking is free for guest. Pool and little jacuzzi from 10AM to 10PM for guests. Nice fire and terrace. Fitness room 24h (last days I could not use it because they lost my sport shorts).
Stayed here for 5 nights with my family. It really is a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay very much and I am sorry we didn’t reserve even more nights. The front desk staff was very helpful, nice and polite. Breakfast was very good and generous with lot’s of healthy choices. They even had a soup for breakfast! We loved the fire pit and went there every morning after breakfast. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. It was perfect for our needs. Our suite was Very spacious. It’s the perfect hotel for families with kids. Thank you Hyatt House for a wonderful stay.
For the price, this hotel is very nice! The room had nearly a full kitchen and living room, which worked out great to entertain a few friends while I was in town. The free breakfast was quite a step above a traditional continental breakfast with custom omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles/french toast (depending on the day), Greek yogurt, and various breads and spreads. The bar area had a decent menu for dinner, but service was fairly slow as one bartender was in charge of the whole space. If you're in a hurry, you can order food for pickup, and they'll even call your room when the food is ready. The area does have plenty of good food options to cater to the workplaces around if you can travel a bit from the hotel (there is a shuttle service available, but I didn't try it). All-in-all, this is a great place to stay if you're visiting a nearby business. Free and good breakfast is very convenient, the room was nice, and the location is great.
The staffs at hotel are super nice. The hotel and th room is clean. The breakfast is much better than other hotels with lots of choices. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
Very hospitable staff. Free breakfast and best breakfast with fresh omlettes, hot oatmeal and more. No resort fee and no parking charges. I loved my stay. I would always stay here whenever I go to San Diego. Thank you.
