The location is curious - La Jolla Elementary School - but it works. Every Sunday morning one of San Diego's liveliest Farmer's Markets sees a horde of families, students and tourists return to school. Their objective? To get the best produce before anyone else can. Cheeses, veggies, seafood, other meats, coffee, crepes, dessert, and various cuisines from around the world are on for sale. Also for sale are some cool arts and crafts - jewelry, paintings and clothes. Altogether there around 140 vendors. All proceeds go to La Jolla Elementary School.
