Bargain hunters and shopholics will love the  560,000 square feet or retail space here. There are about 125 stores altogether, including factory outlets for New Balance, Nike, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor and Brooks Brothers. It's almost guaranteed that you'll find a 20-60% discount on everything. Shoe and jewellery shopping is especially popular. Plus, the mall is a lovely place to hang out in even if you're not shopping-fountains and sculptures and pretty buildings. The people watching is great too.

Fun fact: head to the south of the building and look past the river. That's Mexico.

Las Americas Premium Outlets Reviews & Ratings

  • Was there servicing hi-resolution display screens at Coach. Beautiful store with very courteous and friendly staff and management. Store and inventory looked amazing. Fairly priced high end merchandise. Entire plaza looked amazing. Clean, modern and beautiful. Will be back soon for shopping...

  • Great place to get a Tijuana Mexico Arch shirt. They have some really nice shirts. I like how they got the whole shirt full of the arch picture. They have a lot of amazing cloths here to buy and they give change back in american money. If my review helps you in any way can you PLEASE leave me a thumbs up like on my review. Thank you.

  • I live in the area, but I had not visited in a while. I decided to go by the Nike Factory Outlet store this past weekend the shoppong center looked well, new stores are coming in, it's clean, and great deals. However, what is up with all this paid valet parking? Huge sections of the parking lot are partition off to make room for what appeared to be hardly used reaerved spaces when there were so many people trying to find a parking space (mind you this was during prime weekend shopping hours). Seeing that was really off putting, but overall my experience was not bad.

  • Located right next to the border, this place has amazing deals. I normally come here to buy last year's inventory of clothing at half off. Stores like North Face, Columbia, etc. I live up in the Seattle area so i know outdoor gear. But it usually comes at a premium cost. I'm able to get my outfits for next fall and winter here. Plan to spend a decent amount of time here as you really need to drop in a lot of stores to see everything that's on sale.

  • Large open air fashion center right on the Mexican border. Almost every clothing and accessories store you can think of. Pleasant atmosphere and employees.
