Legoland Reviews & Ratings
My husband and I took the kids here for vacation this summer and it was a really good experience. LEGO land has everything in one location. Ride, aquarium, and water park. You definitely want to have the 2 day pass. I love that they allow you to bring on a backpack of drinks and snacks. Really helpful for small kids that snack every hour.
Went on a Friday with two kids. Wait times in the lines were pretty good but needed more shade. When you first start out in the park it’s hard to find a place to get a drink and by the time we wanted refills all the drink places were shut down even though the park still had an hour open. The park hours are too short to get everything done in a day but the park isn’t big enough to do two days. There were no characters out in the park when we went. The staff was very accommodating to my ADA needs in regards to stopping rides to allow me time to get on.
I would have gave it 5 stars!! Staff was super friendly!! I bought the 2 day hopper and stayed in the hotel. Didn't know the water park was only open on Saturday.. The supervisor gave me a dinner credit for the 5 of us because we couldn't do the water park. I thought that was nice but wait for it.... The credit was only for 50 dollars wish she would have told us that... But the park was nice for one day not two!!
It was a bit pricey but totally worth it. The kids had an incredible time that none of us will forget. The themed suite was clean and was great for a family of 6. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good too. The only complaint I have is the stiffness of the mattress... The first night we didn't notice as much because we were so tired, but after the second night we were sore from the stiff bed. Still with it though!
I really want to like Legoland, I do. But despite multiple visits I still find it hard to give it a glowing review. I recently visited for the Halloween Brick or Treat event and, compared to other Halloween theme park events, I found it to be disappointing. The event seemed unorganized. Treat trails, which were the main highlight, were difficult to find even with a map. I was also disappointed in the treats that were given out, both the amount and selection. My kids and I walked away with 1/4 bag of smarties. I assumed for the amount we paid, that there would be a better candy selection and maybe some legos given out. Overall I'd say it's not worth the cost.
