Prohibition Lounge Reviews & Ratings

  • Wow! This place is amazing. Great vibe, great music. Arrive maybe around 8PM for a good seat/spot 😊

  • I love speakeasies and was really excited to go here. It has a cool entrance with stairs That go down to the basement. Really love the bartender she was amazing and could make specialty cocktails on request. Unfortunately the decor was subpar and does not reflect the vibe that they claim to emulate. Also was hoping to see a jazz/blues band and instead saw a modern top 40 cover band - call me crazy but Katy perry has no place in a 20’s style bar

  • Really good spot to go see local artists! Great atmosphere. Seating is limited! If you want to see a specific group, better show up at like 8:30 to grab a spot!

  • Nice bar with a great selection of drinks! DJ was amazing! There was a cover charge but it was worth it! Staff was very friendly compared to those at other bars. I would definitely visit this place again when I'm back in San Diego.

  • A hole in the wall speakeasy bar. No name on the outside, look for the door to a fictitious legal office and go down the stairs. We attended for the blues band night on Wed evenings. It was a great time!
