The New Childrens Museum - Review
The New Children's Museum was established to animate creative ability, inventiveness and rational thinking in kids and families through imaginative and captivating encounters. All the exhibits have been specially designed for this purpose.
The children are encouraged to do and see how things work on their own. The museum is based on arts. The idea is to make people do creative things and actually think innovatively to create something new. Recycling is another very important aspect. Using waste to create something entirely different is a very interesting exhibit and a wonderful activity to do with your kids. Similarly, There are several activities that involve everyday things like food and furniture that have been put in such an environment that they inspire creative thinking in the youngsters.
If you are travelling with kids be sure to take them here and also be sure to spend some time here in order to explore all the interactive exhibits that are sure to leave you enriched.

The New Childrens Museum, San Diego Reviews
We checked out a museum pass from our local library so we didn't pay the admission price which is a nice deal from our libraries. This was the first time we visited. The cafe is nice and the food is healthy. It was a bit pricey for what we got but at least there's food there if you get hungry. Next time, I would probably make sure we've all eaten well before going. The main level was our favorite because of the truck the kids can paint outside and getting to make something out of clay. My kids loved working with clay. You can even leave your masterpiece out to dry in the sun and come back for it later. There are restrooms on every level which is a plus. It was very crowded when we went on a Sunday so definitely give yourself enough time to enjoy all they have to offer.
This is one of the top three memberships for parents and kids in San Diego. It's a fun and educational last minute day out for us. Just a hint if you have a membership you can also invite some of your children's friends as long as you don't have more than three kids for free. We cycle through my sons friends every few visits and everyone always has a good time.
This place is rad. I’m gonna have to bring the kids next time. Jk, they had a blast and do every time. Seemingly endless amount of activities at this wonderful place. I have been taking my kids to kids’ museums their whole lives (10 yrs) and I’ve seen them in at least 5 states. This one tops them all, so far.
Came here for a wedding and catering was 4.5 stars. Air quality is lacking. It needed more air conditioning especially with 170 people in the building. Outdoor setting was nice. Will definitely consider this place for other events but maybe with less people if they haven’t upgraded the air circulation.
Kids love this place and me too. I love the clay play area where anyone can spend countless numbers of fun and creative hours. My kids love this place since they were age 3. Only one point i dont like is the parking, its either full or very expensive.
