A visit to the Victory Kiss will surely offer you an unforgettable experience. It is a 25 feet tall statue made of bronze. The statue actually makes the famous New York City kissing scene come alive. This sculpture shows a sailorman kissing a nurse which actually happened in the year 1945 when USA got conquest over Japan. This waterfront effigy is truly iconic and realistically built. The Victory Kiss has always been a photographers’ delight.

Victory Kiss Reviews & Ratings
There are some great jogging/walking paths I have been exploring for years and it never gets old or boring. I am a HUGE fan of The Fish Market restaurant and have been going there for 10 years. There is usually ample parking and a close scenic walk to Seaport Village with lots of beautiful Marina photo ops, gift shops, and occasional live music;-)
Spectacular view of the Bay. The USS Midway floating museum is docked just to the right. Across the bay, you can see various Navy ships undergoing repairs. Two aircraft carriers on the day I was there. Just beyond is a memorial to USO shows and Bob Hope in particular. Some audio loops play automatically. At first, it seems odd but Hope's voice brings back memories of these shows during the Vietnam War.
Larger than life. Lol
