Bellota, San Francisco Reviews - Write a Review

  • Amazing, amazing upscale tapas experience. I've never had such high quality tapas with such a refined taste. I can't even explain properly cuz I'm not a real critic. It was just literally on point. The squid ink paella was amazing. The Bellota dish was absolutely mind-blowing. That tomato sauce on the bread... All the food there was just on the next level. Just be ready to pay a some more than usual but it's definitely worth it. Great place to take a date or an important client!!

  • Wow. This is now one of my favorites. The atmosphere is really great. We had the potato with prosciutto dish, the broccoli dish and the shrimp. All were excellent, but the potato dish was our favorite. Cocktails were excellent as well. Go here.

  • This is a great place to sit and enjoy a modern spanish meal. It's a nicer spot with high end menu and bar options. I would highly recommend it for a nice dinner out with that special person or even taking clients out if your in the area. Enjoy!

  • The food tasted good in an upscale environment. Make sure to order the Paella early since it takes ~40 minutes for them to prepare it. They allowed splitting one Paella order into 2 half portions which allowed us to try more flavors. The only negative was that the Paella was expensive and it was mostly composed of rice. There was hardly any meat.

  • Delicious and surprisingly hearty small plates with lots of vegetarian options. Very fun drinks and excellent staff. Nice ambiance, live music on a Monday evening, and great wine selection.
