Golden Boy Pizza - Review
Golden Boy Pizza, San Francisco Reviews
Pizza was really great. Cheap prices for the area. They also had really unique flavors. I got a pesto clam piece and for me and my boyfriend to eat it was only about 25 for 5 pieces of really amazing pizza. I also loved the atmosphere. The music was good and the fact that the staff kept it moving was great.
This place was recommended to us by several people and we're glad we went. There isn't a lot of seating here, but there are parks nearby. We tried several different types and all were good. The clam and garlic was quite unique. I don't think I could eat a ton of it, but it was all very good.
Nothing great here. Just another pizza shop flying the New York banner. The pizzas are average. Good for a quick bite. The staff (I assume was the owner) wasn't too friendly and was yelling at the person working in the back while boxing up my pizza slice. The only positive side would be that the pizza by the slice is on $2.50 per slice and one slice is large enough for lunch portions.
Good West Coast pizza joint. Some people say it’s deep dish, it’s not. However, good price for the size of the squared slice and great selection of beer on draft. I got the pepperoni, son got the veggie, and my wife got the clam and herb which is a local favorite. I would of given 5 stars if it filled me up but I had to buy 2 slices to get full. This place is cash only so make sure to hit the ATM before you get there, if not you will have to use the one they have there and get hit up with ATM fees. Bring stickers to stick on the wall ;-)
Great pizza place with a nice variety. Pesto vegetarian is a solid choice. Usually pretty crowded but the line moves quick as they’re constantly making and selling pizza slices. Bit on the pricey side but worth it.
