My room is fairly small, there's no view, and I could use a towel bar and soap shelf in the shower. But it's otherwise a very nice hotel. The bed is comfortable, the staff is great, and the location is great. Meets my needs just fine.
Rooms are on the small side, but they are more than adequate. There is also a free wine happy hour from 5-6 every day which is a really nice perk. Rooms are clean, and are nicely furnished making the overall experience very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. If you book in advance you can also find really good deals. Valet parking only, and it is $60 per night. Access to gym next door is included (with ammenity fee...).
Location is great. Near to the Ferry Building and near to Street Car stop. A little strange that the Front Desk is also a Coffee Bistro. Bathroom was big, but room was a little small (similar to NYC size), only one drawer and the area to hang clothes was half the length. So if you're okay living out of your suitcase, then no problem!
I was staying for work so can't comment on price, but the rooms and the lobby we're really nice. Would have preferred in room coffee, but that's not that big of a deal. Surrounding area needs better food options.
Love this place. It’s right on the water so half the rooms have an amazing view too. The rooms aren’t large (well mine wasn’t) but don’t feel cramped either. Enough space for two, but if you have a lot of luggage you may feel cramped. Suited me just fine though. Nice decor with a sea theme (rope towel hangers, etc). The staff were super friendly and helpful. They have an evening wine tasting, bikes to borrow and other fun perks. The coffee shop that doubles as a front desk is a bit odd but nothing wrong with it.
