  • This place calls itself a boutique hotel. The room I have that I am spending way too much money for is smaller than my smallest bedroom. The bathroom is barely the size of my laundry room. So for the price, the value for this hotel isn't there. The staff has been nice. The building is an older building from 1906 to 1907. But I will not be coming back. Too disappointing for the amount of money I spent.

  • If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on here and they had the cheapest rates around... Stayed here for 3 nights in September and had a great stay! The rooms were very clean, a little on the small side however they were very nicely decorated. The view from the window was a wall from the building next door, making the room quite dark so i would recommend asking for a room with a better view. We used the restaurant inside the hotel which had a lovely view of the bay bridge and they do great breakfasts! Room service was great, the coffee facilities and bottled water were replaced daily. We hired a car on the last day to drive to Yosemite and they let us park right outside the hotel free of charge all morning. Over all a great base for exploring San Francisco and I would recommend others to stay here.

  • Great location and veiws of the Bay Bridge. I did not stay overnight, but was attending a work conference. Our meeting room was a converted hotel room, so it felt a little small. The elevator is extremely small and there is just one, so we'd have to take multiple trips to get everyone on.

  • Pretty nice hotel right on the embarcadero. The rooms I've been in are renovated with up to date features. The elevator is a bit small so if that's an issue for you it's something to consider. It doesn't have a gym but for $5 you can use the YMCA 2 doors down. Has a restaurant connected to it that's been pretty good and has great views of the bay. Super convenient if you want to be near the ferry building and the embarcadero. At&t park isn't too far of a wall either

  • Food was better than I expected, especially the calamari. Service was good too, and if you can, sit outside and get a view of the bay while you eat.
