  • Rooms are very nice & modern. My bathroom had a t.v in it. Staff was exceptional!!. I told front desk we were celebrating my son's birthday and they sent up complimentary chocolate and champagne. Location was perfect & close to everything. I would stay again and recommend to all friends/family.

  • Staff is friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious and becoming more modern. The view from the Club floor is amazing. It's open so there is fresh air up there. They have complimentary teas and coffee. The spa area is co-op. The spa was warm not hot for my temperature. It's a really cool looking space where the spa is. The walls are mirrors.

  • Stayed here years ago before the remodeling. I liked it then but it's really impressive now that they updated everything. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Nothing but positive interactions with the staff and house keeping is quick to help with whatever needs you might have.

  • I stayed here on a business trip two weeks ago. My room was on the sixth floor away from the street. It was very quiet (not sure what the other side of the hotel is like). My needs and expectations tend to be modest and my experience was fantastic. The room was larger than I anticipated and very comfortable (bed, sofa, etc.). The room was air-conditioned (which isn't noted in the google summary). Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

  • The customer service at The Donatello is top notch. They are so kind and caring towards their patrons - even when young kids are rambunctious and all over the place. I really appreciate their hospitality and can't wait to stay again.
