  • If you need a little get away just to breathe or reconnect with yourself I'd say you've found the place. For me it wasn't just a zoo, the ambiance made it different, the boat ride to the zoo was breath taking and then just walking about the zoo was just relaxing!!! You've got to experience it yourself!

  • Nice place to see some of the local animals. Many of the exhibits are confusing but the animals are all visible.

  • It's a nice place to see the animals native to Guatemala. Yet a bit sad on living conditions.

  • Went at 5 pm as online says it closes at 6. But they said they had just closed at 5(on a Tuesday)...The guy let us look at the first few cages before the main area but I wasn’t impressed with the lone sad alligator and turtles in small area. Admission for tourists would have been 75Q and we arrived by boat (return for 100Q, but most asked for 125Q)

  • Fantastic Location and great initiative from the most renown public University in Guatemala! So worth supporting! Must see!
