Yosemite National Park, San Jose Reviews
We only spent a day at Yosemite but absolutely LOVED it. Arrived at 8am on a Sunday and still plenty of parking at the village. Everywhere you look is absolutely beautiful. The park bus service is frequent and free - definitely use this. It's less stressful and better for the environment and the drivers give interesting info about the park. We hiked up to Vernal Falls (moderately strenuous but good paths - hiking boots may be preferable for comfort but definitely not required) which was beautiful.
Amazing place for nature lovers. Very beautiful valley. Best place for a day out with family and friends. You can enjoy the gorgeous mountain peaks and waterfalls. You will find large number of visitors, especially on weekends. Yosemite National Park is one of the American national park in the western Sierra Nevada of Central California. This is maintained by the National Park Service.
This place is truly Majestic! A must see for nature lovers and enthusiasts alike. I wasn't much of an outdoors person until my friend took me to Yosemite for the first time and I was hooked. The energy of the park is so relaxing peaceful and absolutely gorgeous. From the valley to the tops of the waterfalls every turn is a postcard experience. There's so much to do in this park the best thing you can do is just walk around and enjoying the views the wildlife and the wildflowers. It's amazing how one large glacier was able to carve out such a beautiful Valley. You want to take your time to enjoy every View my favorite activities we're walking through the meadow looking up at the Yosemite Falls, the Mist Trail hiking up to Vernal Falls. Be prepared for wet slippery Granite steps take shoes with good traction and dress to get wet. But once you get to the top of Vernal Falls it's so worth it! I also love to hike to Mirror Lake through the beautiful Wilderness and you get to a gorgeous quiet Serene Lake which mirrors its beautiful trees around it. Whatever you do be sure to go with a friend you don't want to be by yourself there's a lot of bears and Wildlife you want to go with caution. He also want to be careful not to go too far off any Trail getting lost is easy!
This National Park has many amusements such as hiking, horse back riding, and even swimming. The best tine to actually come is during the spring as you can hike up Yosemite Waterfall, though very difficult but worth the time, and play with snow. The staff are very helpful but because of new bus management, the bus will take awhile
A truly awe inspiring place! We are all lucky to have this treasure as a national park. Sad to see all the burned trees, but that has not taken away from it's natural beauty.
