  • Went to pick up a TV I ordered on line, and was there waiting for 3 hours. I would have been better off just walking in and buying it. I don't really blame the girl that finally got me processed, but the 6 other employees didn't seem to know how to do much other than randomly disappear

  • Online store pickup is horrible. Ordered item and store tries to pick item the following day and item was out of stock by then. Should of went to best buy. Best buy will have the item ready in about 1 hour from the time you place the order

  • The Buy Now and Pick up in Store - SUCKS. I ordered some items online to have picked up in this store. Order was placed the night before at 941pm. I received a email confirmation at 734am the next morning. I even received a text saying that my order was ready for pick up. I ended up getting to the store a little bit past 10 am. First, their Order Pick up screen at the entrance of the store was down, not even working, no sign saying that it was out, or where to go to get your order. After asking 2 people where to go, I find out that you have to go to the rear of the store to get your items. They don't bring it up to you or anything. I have 6 items on my order and the very nice girl hands be 2 items and says have a nice day. I tell her that I have some things missing still. She says Oh, sorry, and walks through the store to which I assumed to get the rest of the order. She comes back with 1 more item and asks if that was it? Uh, nope, I'm still missing a couple of things. I ask her if she has a copy of my order so she knows what I am missing. She didn't, she had to go ask someone what I was missing. After 20 minutes of waiting for her to come back with all of my items, my son looks at me and says that we could have easily just walked through the store on our own, grabbed what we needed and been out of there faster. Also, half the Self-Check outs aren't working, they closed the alternate exits and registers on the other side of the store since the holiday. It's completely packed at all their registers, complete madness. Not only that, but their bathrooms have been closed off for the past 4 weeks, not helpful if you happen to have your kids with you. WEAK!

  • This store should abide by the 5P's - Proper preparation prevents poor performance. Unsure really where to start with this Wal Mart... Ah yes... The lackadaisical greetings upon entry from workers who are less then excited to come to a job that over works them, under pays them and are more then likely mistreated by the local community customers to work up the interest to be kind to customers regardless of circumstance... The self check out is far from self sufficient with 3 of the registers down and the other 3 being heavily guarded with helpers who are not allowed to let you even touch your own stuff... Which is counterproductive for everyone and a waste of the company's money... This place is ALWAYS inventory challenged. And back to the lackadaisical employee culture which usually stems from the root (management)... Who should keep in mind, energy flows where attention goes... So the Happier the employees the more likely SOME things are bound to run smoothly... I use this store for last min conveniences but if they do not get it together..... I will not hesitate to go outside of my community to get what I need from others stores... #ThePeopleShouldStartTheirOwnStore

  • I have been to many many Wal-Mart's and this one by far was the scariest. The parking lot the customers and all the cops around give it a uneasy feeling. No complaints about employees or anything just the area I guess. I needed burn cream late one night and suited my need but made me think that maybe I shouldn't have gone alone. Not to mention almost everything is locked up In glass cases shampoo lotion just about everything you need to call for assistance. I have to say that was the first time I have seen that.
