Avila Valley Barn - Review
If you love food products, fruits and veggies and all edible things, fresh and organic, then a visit to Avila Valley Barn is mandatory. The barn was once a small stall started in 1985 and with several modifications, it was converted into a 10X10 foot portable tent. Home grown fresh fruits, vegetables are loved by each and everyone. In addition to this, the barn also sells jams, jellies, fruit pies and hand crafted gifts. A place which will offer you to take something with you, on your way back.

Avila Valley Barn, San Luis Obispo Reviews
Great place for a getaway from the city life. i enjoy this stress free place with my children. You can feed the animals and just soak in the atmosphere while you walk the beautiful county side. I also enjoy the food and fresh goods you can buy while you here. the pumpkin rice crispy treats are my favorite!
This place was so fun. It had lots of goats to pet as well as other animals. They made homemade sherbets and ice cream‘s. They also had a huge variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, Jellies, jam, honey, pickles and jerky. It was fun to see all the knickknacks as well. They did offer hayrides although I think they call them tractor pulls, I didn’t see anybody doing that because it was over 100°, ouch. This was a great place to stop especially if you have kids. I WOULD go back.
My family and I fell in love with Avila Valley Barn years ago when we moved up to the area. Our son who at the the time was only a year and a half old loved feeding the goats and picking out the holiday pumpkin. Now Liam is 6 and we still make it to the barn every year to pick out our pumpkin. We love to go on the off season as well just to enjoy the corn, ice cream and amazing selection of yummy vegetables and baked goods. We always bring new family and friends to experience the love we have for Avila Valley Barn
Always a fun day with the family. You can feed all the barn animals for. $1.00. In the fall they have big pumpkins everywhere looks pretty cool. You can take a ride to pick your own pumpkins or apples depending on the season. They have yummy ice cream, fudge and other lunch food. Their pies are super yummy. If you have children and are visiting the area definitely a stop you want to make.
Love this place. The stuff is a little expensive but worth it. Best corn nuts. LOL. The $2 tractor/hayride totally worth the money. We had him drop us off and picked raspberries. Ice cream is so creamy and delicious. Was on vacation in the area for 4 days and stopped by twice. Fun for adults and kids. Will definitely stop by next time in area.
