This hotel was very nice. The room was clean. Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy the pool area but it looked spacious and relaxing. We did order room service. The food came quickly and was delicious. We will definitely stay here during our next visit.
Nice clean rooms with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a safe. Great pool heated to 80 degrees and a hot tub. Comfortable lounge chairs. Lunch can be served poolside or in the restaurant. Good breakfast buffet. Window air-conditioner extremely loud even on lowest fan setting. Refrigerator in room also too loud when the compressor turned on. I had to turn off the fridge but the room became too hot if I turned off the AC.
Rooms were spacious, clean and smoke free. They provided a microwave and a fridge at no cost. The shower had good water pressure and the bathroom had good lighting. I loved the breakfast buffet that you get a coupon for if you elect to not have the maid service clean your room daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't get to use the pool or fitness center but both appeared nice. I wish we had stayed there longer!
Website said there was a happy hour but when we got there the only happy hour that they have is 20% off their liquor. No happy hour food. If you want any food, you have to order off their regular menu. They should correct their website.
Had a late check-in which was fine. The problem was that the air conditioner was broken. The information lights would not turn on, the unit would not turn on for at least fifteen minutes, and when it did turn on it was excessively and uncomfortably cold, forcing me to turn it off almost immediately. While the front desk did offer to send their "engineer" up to look at it, something this important should be taken care of prior to the guest's arrival. I'll avoid Four Points and Sheraton in general in the future.
