Located in Tower Romane, it is one of a kind museum dedicated to the pioneer of underwater scuba diving Frederic Dumas. Dumas was always interested deeply in exploring the under-water world when he met Jacques Cousteau and Philippe Tailliez. Together they were responsible for creating a lot of diving equipment and were the forerunners who brought the underwater world to the eyes of the public. The museum houses a lot of those equipment like buoyancy control device, tanks, regulators, masks and many more. Many of these crudely made devices were the first to inspire more sophisticated designs that followed later. A diving fan or not, the museum surely proves an interesting and informative visit.
