A superb example of a former farming estate being restored to its glory. Purchased in the early 2000’s, the place had been converted into a unique arboretum by the plantation of about 400 olive trees and 113 varieties of it. Within a few years the project gained the name and status of ‘cultural farming’ where high quality olive oil was produced and sold. With further ambitious plans of planting many more species of tress the Jardin des Oliviers is a unique place to visit.
