JardinExotique - Zoo de Sanary combines the excitement of both, a botanical garden and a zoo under one roof. The place has an exquisite collection of plants, animals and birds. It has a spate section called the ‘petting zoo’ with many small mammals that can be fed and interacted with. Under the flora section the garden has a lot of exotic varieties such as the epiphytes and plant pebbles. Along with such great collections they also have many teaching and educational sessions which both the young and old can participate in.

Jardin Exotique - Zoo De Sanary, Sanary-sur-mer Reviews - Write a Review
Beautifully landscaped parc with exotic animals (plenty of parrots, monkeys, small Wild cats, meerkats, free peacocks etc) and some domestic animals that can be fed (donkeys, sheep, goat, deer etc). Nice playground and picnic area (you can bring your food or buy at the snack). Not very big - just right for half a day with the kids.
The garden was very nice, as I remember it when I visited in the Eighties. However, they now have various animals, and the place is much too small and not professional enough. I found the cats going around in circles in their cages were cringeworthy, just as the small monkeys in much too small cages. They wanted to up their game, but it's just embarrassing and sad. I'm embarrassed I gave them my money.
Worth the price its small but very nice for kids
Actually a good afternoon out for the kids!
