  • Great visit! I strongly recommend that you find a time to visit outside of summertime because there will be less people to hog machines, less people in the amazing indoor pool, and Kalahari has bigger deals for most things. They currently have a package for the arcade that for $150 you get 900 credits. To put in perspective, $100 gets you 500 credits. Your getting 100 credits short of double $100 worth, for 1.5 times the amount. I definitely didn't blow all of my credits today, and will be using them on my next visit.

  • Always a great time! The customer service is usually really great. They often have attractions closed, though, and the water can be a bit colder than I'd care for. Food/drinks are really expensive, and they don't allow outside food/drinks. But beyond those things, we always have fun and plan to return! Sign up for their emails to get good deals!

  • Super fun family atmosphere. Perfect location for the convention we attended with our 5 kids. The food is out of this world and the staff is beyond awesome! The water park was tremendous! Only downside was the kiddie area was closed off.

  • We checked in at 3:50. The lady at the front desk said our room wouldn’t be ready until around 4:10 and that we should get a text with our room number around that time. We waited in the lobby during this time because the wait wasn’t going to be too long. Almost an hour passes and we still hadn’t received a text with our room number. We had to wait in a line once again in order to speak to someone because it was 3:50 and we still weren’t in our room yet. I approached the lady at the front desk asking her if our room was ready.. we hadn’t got a text and were waiting in the lobby. If we knew it wasn’t going to be ready for that long we would’ve went to the water park so we didn’t waste an hour of our day waiting on something that was supposed to take 10-15 minutes... I’m also kinda irritated that we have to check out at 11am..... so we get our room at 4pm... (actually 5pm after the problem we had) and then have to leave by 11am... not even having 24 hours for a room that costs $216????? On a better note, I do like the water park even though some of the slides were shut down

  • I love this place. I try to go every single year. Each time I go, there is something different to do so I never get bored. I have four kids and they love it too. Each year as they get older they have different interests. One year they loved the wave pool. The next the hot tubs. The next, the arcade. So it's great that there is a variety of experiences for the kids.
