It was established in 1986 for the will then archbishop Mario Peressin, who in san Mario invoked celestial patronage. The parish is comfortably named after St. Mario alone, but the patronage is entrusted to the entire family of the martyrs. He began to live as a parochial activity only from 88 but without a fixed place of worship; for a short time in a garage inside a palace, then peregrinating for some churches in the area. In November 2004, finally a dignified local church dedicated to worship is inaugurated and at the same time the yard of the actual church of san Mario begins.
