Causeway Islands Park Reviews & Ratings
This is just a perfect way to experience Southwest Florida. While it is free, you are stuck paying the $6.00 Sanibel Toll to get there. The views are breathtaking and wild life abounds. It's hard not to see Dolphins swim by and Brown Pelicans do their driving into the water for food. Bring your pole the fishing is good. There are restrooms that are usually well maintained. They best time to go is durning the week. Weekends are busy and holidays make it real tough to find a spot.
Lovely roadside area for a quick stop off to watch dolphins swim by. Lots of shells. Wonderful views.
Free parking. What more can you say. Connects mainland to sanibel. Grills, picnic tables and full service bathrooms. Alot of trees to sit in shade under and an absolutely beautiful view. Great for fishing
This place is sooo good. A great place for hanging out. There are bbq’s to use and make some scrumptious food. The water is pretty clear and also very calm, there’s barely any waves! Trees in the area offer shade which makes this place perfect for visiting with family and friends. Definitely recommend!!
This beach is perfect! You can drive your car right up to the water and park. It's great for off shore fishing or just some laid back swimming. Plenty of shells to hunt for, too. It wasn't too crowded, and the people who were there were very friendly for the most part.
