This is one of the best locations in Boston where you can enjoy quality music and other concerts at different times of the year. This place is reasonably priced than most other concert halls and you will get a good collection of wines and beers. There is a beautiful restaurant here which serves quality organic food. The employees here are super friendly and you will love the variety of different shows round the clock. The best thing about this bowl is the sound which is quite loud and electrifying. There is a decent parking lot here with coloured marks for your car.

The Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation Reviews & Ratings
The Santa Barbara Bowl is a fantastic venue for watching live music! I would definitely come back to see more here. The sights are beautiful leading up to the stage and when you get to your seating area, you really start to appreciate how good the sound is. I watched Incubus here and loved the outdoor setting. The beer and food prices were reasonable compared to other venues I've been to. Still expensive, but reasonable. I think I paid around $11 bucks per beer, which I've been to venues in LA that we're around $18. I recommend trying to see a show here if you ever get a chance.
Saw Van Morrison at this venue and we enjoyed both the concert and venue. Van is the Man. Older venue but great setting. Lots of steps but we enjoyed it. Sound system was excellent. Local wines for sale. Lots of food of options. Couple of restaurants on site. Staff is courteous. Get there early as traffic can be an issue. Walk to top for a great view of Santa Barbara. Food stands are on every level. Restrooms are a hike...and extremely small outside the venue. Only downside are restroom access. Long wait for my wife.
Really great place to see live shows. Small venue, no bad seats (except the very back rows have no seat backs). Credit cards accepted for food and beverages now. A trolley will take you up the hill for free if you don't want to walk, it's a pretty long walk uphill. Amazing views from the top.
Saw Steely Dan there and was stoked to learn they didn't allow cellphone use during the concert! Not sure if this is a SB Bowl policy, or a performer policy, but it should be! I could not believe that the whole place was not dancing, but age of audience must have been a factor. Climbing the hill is like a small Kilamanjaro. I love this venue!
The sound at this venue is terrible. Many bands struggle with the set up. Even Steely Dan were not their best. There are several issues. The sound seems to escape upward. Some of it bounces back off the back wall, creating awful micro-harmonics and distortion with what’s coming out of the speakers. It is flat and not 3D. This seems not to bother many geriatric members of the audience milling about back and forth with their endless beers. It appears that they are there only to socialize. They don’t react enthusiastically to incredible performers. It is almost never a pleasant experience. Hollywood Bowl is so much better!
