Place To Shoot Reviews & Ratings
Really cool place. Love how the rages are separate from each other and you can drive pretty close so you are not carrying all your gear a long way. Went on a real busy day and we still had plenty of room to shoot. Also the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Overall it’s a great shooting range.
Sick time here. Staff is cool and people here are just here to shoot in peace. Highly recommend and cant wait to go back. We shot some assault rifles and a tactical shotgun my friend brought. SO sick!!! Best place in this area of Cali
Awesome place. Not busy at all and range officer at rifle range was super helpful. My go to place now. Used to go to Angeles but u have to get there early if u want a spot.
My first visit wasn't great, but looking back, it was entirely my fault for not doing my homework before going. Be aware that the range fee is cash only. Ammo is available for purchase, cards are accepted. This is the only range I go to now, as the staff is always friendly and the seven shooting ranges are spacious enough that you never feel crowded in. Be aware that it's a bit out of the way, and none of the internal roads are paved. Other than that, great range, great staff, and great experiences to be had here.
Recently took my son and some nephews. Have avoided the place for 30years since I use to be able to shoot for free down at Dry Gulch back in the day. Not APTS fault that we lost our privileges locally. We visited the pistol and rifle ranges, felt safe the whole time there. We did receive one friendly reminder to lock the rifle bolt open during a stop fire time. Have purchased red flag inserts for future trips. Enjoyed shooting their steel targets on both rifle and pistol range instead of setting up paper targets which is an option.
