El Aljibe, Santa Cruz De La Sierra Reviews

Google+
  • Truly delicious dishes and attentive service. We mentioned that we were vegetarian and our waiter made sure to recommend dishes that we could enjoy. Edit: 1 week later, I'm still salivating at the memory of that gorgeous cheese bake thing and the plantain soup. Also the wine, oh my goodness, that wine.

  • The restaurant itself is probably one of the best I've visited in terms of charm and atmosphere. Our server was just as charming and receiving as the venue. The food was very decent for Bolivian cuisine and the experience as a whole was top drawer. El Aljibe is a definite must for anyone passing through.

  • This is typical food from old. Wow awesome. But the prices are not on the menu.

  • Overcooked piece of meat that was surprisingly not too chewy but the dish didn't have much in terms of taste besides the beets salad. The rice cheese porridge wasn't to my taste. Terrible vegetarian option (corn pudding), that didn't even come with a side salad. Menu doesn't have prices but a meal for 2 came to around 100 bs.

  • It is a traditional food place. Outside you do not think that is a resto, as there is no add, sorry there is a small table outside, so if you do not pay atenttion you go ahead. The inside is like the ancient houses of SCZ, has an aljibe, a collection of oldest things, and places for the hottest days. Meal and attention 10 in 10. It is not expensive for foreigners.
