Noel Kempff Mercado South American Wildlife Zoo is one of the significant places in the entire country. The place which was started in 1979 with only 20 species, is home to around 200 species today. It includes rare and endemic animals, exotic birds and different reptiles. The zoo has helped a lot in the conservation of South American flora and fauna. It also has specially designed aquarium on the premises. The food section here will keep you energised for a whole day.
