  • You cannot find a better summer venue in the USA for opera. The open stage with the magical desert sunsets set the mood. The fans are respectful of the venue, performance and performers. I’ve been going annually since 2010, and have enjoyed every single season. The trick to really enjoy is to come early and bring a bottle of bubbly, cheese, fruit and bread. The tailgate party’s are elegant and sedate. The scenery outside is just lovely was a hint of pecos wood and sage in the warm summer winds.

  • I was nervous to go to a concert here but I should not have been; This place is really well-organized and easy. Even the parking at a sold-out show was a breeze. I'm impressed by this place and I definitely will return.

  • Hard to put in words however what a magical venue. Every seat is a good seat, fantastic acoustics, clean, comfortable, ample parking! What don't you love about tailgating? Did I mention views?

  • Such a beautiful venue! I do recommend getting a middle section or a seat to the right side of the stage because of the sun glare. Unfortunately this was my first time here, so I did not know and spent two hours with the sun. The staff and bartenders were so nice and welcoming.

  • I've seen 3 operas here. I've seen several operas at The Met. Countless operas elsewhere. Santa Fe opera is world-class. All singers are strong. The orchestra is practically a "who's who" of symphonies. Truly a remarkable venue. 6 stars.
