  • We go each year to take part in summer chess tournament...area set up with plated chess boards on each table...bring your own pieces...they have large kid size chess pieces you can play..think you have to rent them out...near bathrooms and where the acrobats go out to show off...can come to pick up a game with the locals.

  • I loved walking all the way from Venice beach to Santa Monica beach.

  • If your gonna be homeless do it here

  • Fun stuff! Like being a kid again...

  • Pretty awesome little area just for chess. I got there in the evening on a Tuesday and no one was there though. Perhaps daytimes and weekends is the best time to go.
