  • When lived in Los Angeles, California I was invited to a Native Food Cafe which mainly served plant-based food. I even noticed that the outdoor walls were covered with planted vegetables and they called them "The Living Walls". The food was healthy and tasty as well. The first casual vegan restaurant was opened in 1994 in Palm Springs, California and after that it was opened in more cities in California and other states. A pleasant experience.

  • Okay, first off, yes this place is pretty pricey. But hey! It's vegan food, what do you expect? Although I am not technically a vegan, I am a bit of a health nut, and I do eat vegan food as much as I can. So, I've had my fair share, and this place is pretty up there with the best of them. The food, itself, is good, however, the portions are not as extravagant as other vegan restaurants. They're sufficient, though. They're good. And delicious, as well. One can't go wrong with the specials. Another part most people love about this place, (I'm sure), is that they serve alcohol here. The good stuff. Provided, one has to stay within the restaurant to drink it. Parking can be a hassle to find in this area, but if you're already here and craving some good, hearty nourishment, this is the best place to go.

  • AMAZING customer service the very first time I went in. A very handsome dark haired guy was there to greet me when I picked up my food. He also threw in a cupcake for free. So sweet! Always been a fan of native foods, and now I'm a fan of this location!

  • Their menu say "chicken" or "beef" but the entire restaurant is vegan. Other than tofu they offer tempeh and other imitation meats that taste delicious. Price range is good for the quality of the food, but some dishes may not be enough and with a side end up costing a bit more than one would like. But overall it is a splendid restaurant.

  • The food here is amazing. Plus the manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. Get the peanut butter parfait, you won't regret it.
