About Costanera Center, Santiago
The Costanera Center is retail therapy at its best with some of the biggest brands of clothing, accessories, perfumes, shoes and more spread across a six-floor shopping mall. The place also has a wide variety to offer for foodies with premium international food chains that serve their signature food.
The complex consists of the shopping mall, the Gran Torre Santiago (tallest building in Latin America at 980 feet) and three other skyscrapers.
The center has its own Cinema theatre where you can drop by for a movie or simply take a walk around the glamorous shops to window shop! Either ways, the place is perfect for spending a couple of hours when in Santiago.

Costanera Center, Santiago Reviews
This place was pretty huge. I've decided to name it Tall Mall! That's because it is probably the tallest building in Santiago. Inside was pretty much like any gigantic major American Shopping Center with even some of the same Brands like Banana Republic Etc. There was a giant giant humongous grocery store that was extremely impressive. We got a bunch of groceries there and it was good quality. Highly recommended and I will definitely return.
How do you rate shopping centres? They’re a bunch of concrete designed to draw you into an endless array of stores desperately trying to relieve you of your dosh. This is one of the nicer ones though. Its highlight however is the lookout platform 62 floors up. Do it. It’s worth it. Lovely views over Santiago de Chile.
One of the tallest buildings in the world allows a 360° view of Santiago and it's surroundings. At the 61st floor you have an amazing view of the Andes and the whole city. With explanations of some of the city's main sites it helps understanding more about the Chilean capital. Although it seems a bit pricy it's worth the visit.
Great mall. You find ALL there. There are food, clothes stores, wine, supermarkets, cinema, hard rock cafe and other kinds of places to eat and drink some beverages. The only issue is that they close early. I think at 22.00 hours.
Thoroughly recommended as a place to cool off during the 9 months or so of hot sunny weather each year. There's plenty of space here (6 floors!!) shops, a cinema and places to eat and drink. Also thoroughly recommended is the trip by express lift up to the viewing platform right at the top of the tower. Amazing views across the city skyline and towards the Andes. Well worth the money. Ah.... and it's just a shade higher than the Shard in London...if you like your statistics.
