A privately funded museum started in 1994, this gallery holds the works of Jesus Otero, a native artist. The museum exhibits more than fifty sculptures of the artist, done in his last years and also the utensils, drawings and tools used. The work is set up in three rooms and a garden that holds the larger sculptures.

The artist gave away most of his works during his final months, which were later procured by his friends and admirers and placed in a monographic museum.

The foundation often conducts events to encourage the new talent and their works.
