  • Amazing view location cave Suites on the inside of the crater on Santorini. Great management and customer service. Air conditioning, free high speed wireless, and satellite television. Refrigerator, dishwasher, cups , glasses, dishes, flatware, and sink. Walking distance to everywhere you would want to go in Oia.

  • Beautiful location (not exceptional - all the hotels on this cliff top have these amazing views) and friendly staff, but mystified by the gushing reviews in magazines and online generally. Don't get me wrong - is a classy place with great facilities etc, but among the best in Europe? Don't see what distinguishes it from similarly starred-up hotels with good views. On the contrary, while staff are doting, they're poorly organised: housekeeping at 4pm (or not at all, or tidying but not clearing out used plates/glasses), turn-down at 10 pm, uncoordinated serving of tables (therefore losing track of orders etc). You'll have a lovely time as it's a good hotel in an amazing location, with charming architecture and rooms, but no patch on real McCoy 5 star hotels on service.

  • Nice view and location, friendly staff. But overprice, we didn't have any electricity for 3 hrs. Hot tube didn't drained. OMG very disappointed, it was a make a wish foundation trip gift for my daughter who is firing cancer and we didn't enjoy the stay. The island is beautiful the place is not. Sorry Just being honest for those who are reading this reviews. Be aware with the pictures online. They do not tell the whole story.
