This beautiful Zen temple was built in 1901 and then rebuilt in 1961. It is one of the major temples in the New Taipei City. The temple building is very colorful and inside the temple you will see many beautiful paintings depicting the life of Buddha. Apart from this, the temple has some beautifully decorated towers and walls. The stone lanterns inside the temple add to its beauty. The atmosphere of this temple is serene and calm and therefore, you can spend some time here in meditation. The path to this temple is carpeted with autumn maple leaves that makes it look even more spectacular. Come here for a morning walk and you will be amazed by the tranquility of the place.
