  • I like this place I really do. The canal area does not feel like Japan and more like a western country. In any season it's beautiful and perfect for a romantic walk. Recently a lot of tourists flock the area though so if you're looking for an empty street come very early in the morning.

  • It's a pretty sight but nothing too amazing. They offer canal boat rides for 1500 yen but that's about it. There's small craft shops along the canal.

  • It's a nice spot, but I am baffled why domestic tourists flock here. If you've been to Europe you will have seen lots of very similar scenes, on a larger scale.

  • A romantic place especially in winter night. The candlelight along the bank can make you fall in love.

  • Delicate canal aligned with warehoused from the old time. Lots of tourists
