Typical Japanese small restaurants alley. In small lane, there will be many small restaurants. They exist in every city. For this alley, they are all ramen restaurants. Can taste only one. However, I believe that all are served very good ramen.
A small alley with at most 10 restaurants. All small ones with just a few seats. Just pick one randomly. Hokkaido pork ran first in this meal. Miso soup base maybe too strong and covered the natural flavor of pork. Better order salt or soya sauce soup base if u like pork. The freshly sliced spring onion gave a magical lift to the noodles.
I'm writing this review specifically to a shop that sells clam ramen, it's by far the best and most memorable ramen we've had in Sapporo, it's unique and special. Give it a try.
The best ramen I have ate in my life, every part of it was just perfect and for a really good price.
The ramen prices are decent (usually a little more or less than 1000), and there are a lot of different shops to pick from. A must visit if you're only in Sapporo for a short time!
