Nageshwar Mahadev - Review

Nageshwar Mahadev Temple is one of the most important and holiest places in Saputara. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is built in the Dravidian style of architecture. Like in any Shiva temple, you will find a Nandi facing the Shivaling. People visit the temple early morning for the Arti and Darshan. The temple is situated near the Saputara lake and the atmosphere in the temple is very calm and peaceful. There is a small garden near the village where you can sit and enjoy the view of the lake.
