Bridgeway Cafe Reviews & Ratings

  • I usually don’t write reviews but this place was so bad that I had to. The food was tasteless the service was the worst I ever experienced. Don’t eat here, the Italian place right next to it seemed to be much better.

  • Disgusting food and poor service. Worth sitting outside enjoying the view though.

  • We came in a group of 5, each paying separately with cash. Waitress was very nice at first. When it came to payment she took our money and proceeded to calculate the change for each of us. However, she came back with no change to 1 person who definitely paid with a $50 bill. She claimed she had only 2 $50 bills in the counter but actually 3 of us paid with it, so she somehow lost 1 along somewhere. She said that the person who didn't get change paid with a $20 bill which is impossible because her bill was $23. When we tried to discuss this in a civilized manner, she simply refused to talk to us. She became very rude all of a sudden. Not to mention that the receipts were little sheets of paper with some numbers written on them (no merchant, no date etc.). If you are in a larger group and want to pay separately, don't go to this place or make sure you pay one-by-one. We had a very bad experience.

  • Perfect little cafe, friendly service, views of the bay. Love the shrimp benedict on the breakfast menu, served all day.

  • Good selection of food and a fantastic view of the bay. A real treat to sit outide if the weather is nice. I had the chicken sandwich that was just alright but got it with sweet potato fries which were fantastic. Wife had a burger which she really enjoyed. Service was friendly and attentive.
